At Sunny Sea, we take pride in crafting and delivering your jewelry with care. Below are the details regarding processing times and shipping policies to ensure a smooth delivery experience:

Processing Times:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.
  • Made-to-Order Pieces: These take 2-5 weeks to be carefully crafted before shipping.
  • Custom Orders: For fully personalized pieces, the production and shipping process can take 2-8 weeks.

Shipping Times:

Shipping times vary based on your location within your country. Deliveries to major cities tend to be quicker, while remote areas may take a bit longer. The shipping times provided are averages, and Sunny Sea cannot be held responsible for delays that occur within the postal system.

Protect Your Packages & Lost Packages:

While we do everything possible to ensure a safe delivery, Sunny Sea is not liable for parcels lost, damaged, or stolen during transit by postal services or after receiving the delivery confirmation. We recommend purchasing package protection by Route with your order, and providing accurate shipping information to ensure the safe delivery. In the event of a lost package, please contact your shipping carrier for assistance.

Please click here to file a claim with Route if you purchased package insurance. 

PO Box Restrictions:

We do not offer express shipping to addresses that include PO Boxes at this time.

International Shipping & Customs Fees:

Customers are responsible for any import and customs fees associated with their order. For international orders (outside of Thailand), please note that import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your destination country. Sunny Sea cannot cover or reimburse these costs. As these fees vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information prior to placing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties or taxes, we can either issue a refund minus the original shipping costs or reship the package at the customer’s expense.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at sunnyseajewelry@gmail.com. If the order has already shipped before we are notified, we regret that we cannot retrieve the package or offer a refund.

Returned Packages:

If a package is returned to Sunny Sea due to failed delivery, a processing fee will be applied in addition to the cost of a second shipping label, which the customer must purchase to have the item reshipped.

Returns & Exchanges:

At Sunny Sea, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We have extensive quality checks and perform stress tests on our pieces to ensure everything that leaves our hands are in pristine condition. However, we may offer exchanges under limited circumstances.

This policy is in place because once an item is sent to you, we are unable to resell it due to health and sanitation reasons. Therefore, we encourage you to take your time when selecting a piece that you feel will be perfect for you.

For Ring Sizes:
The size that will be made is the size you request. To ensure you choose the correct ring size, we recommend purchasing a cheap ring sizer (available on Amazon for $1-$2) and double-checking your size before placing an order. Keep in mind that sizing your fingers when they are too hot or too cold may affect the measurement.

Exchanges for Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged due to a quality issue or during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sunnyseajewelry@gmail.com to request an exchange. Items sent back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please note that Sunny Sea reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product is not returned in its original condition.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

The estimated shipping times listed are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, postal delays, or increased mail volume during peak seasons (like major holidays). We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.
