Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
At Sunny Sea, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We have extensive quality checks and perform stress tests on our pieces to ensure everything that leaves our hands are in pristine condition. However, we may offer exchanges under limited circumstances.
This policy is in place because once an item is sent to you, we are unable to resell it due to health and sanitation reasons. Therefore, we encourage you to take your time when selecting a piece that you feel will be perfect for you.
Exchanges for Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged due to a quality issue or during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sunnyseajewelry@gmail.com to request an exchange. Items sent back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please note that Sunny Sea reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product is not returned in its original condition.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Protect Your Packages & Lost Packages:
While we do everything possible to ensure a safe delivery, Sunny Sea is not liable for parcels lost, damaged, or stolen during transit by postal services or after receiving the delivery confirmation. We recommend purchasing package protection by Route with your order, and providing accurate shipping information to ensure the safe delivery. In the event of a lost package, please contact your shipping carrier for assistance.
